1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are applicable only in the following specific circumstances:
- Double Payment: If you were charged twice for the same service due to a technical glitch.
- Service Not Delivered: If a digital Kundli report is not delivered within 72 hours of the promised timeline.
- Expert Unavailability: If a scheduled voice consultation is canceled by the expert and we are unable to provide an alternative slot.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- Subjective Satisfaction: Since astrology is a matter of belief and interpretation, refunds are not provided based on "unpleasant" predictions or dissatisfaction with the advice given.
- Incorrect Data: If the user provides an incorrect Date, Time, or Place of Birth. Once a report is generated with provided data, no refund is possible.
- Report Already Delivered: Once a digital PDF report has been sent via Email or WhatsApp, the service is considered fulfilled.
- User No-Show: If you miss a scheduled voice consultation call without 24-hour prior notice.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Digital Reports: Orders for Kundli reports cannot be canceled once the payment is successful as the calculation process begins immediately.
- Consultations: You may request a reschedule or cancellation for a voice call at least 24 hours before the scheduled time by contacting support.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please email support@astrocape.in with your Order ID and reason for the request. Once approved:
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method (Card, UPI, or Net Banking).
- It typically takes 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account.
